Using the app

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the app. The content is meant for private use in your family.

Books

• The app is free. Every book has a sample that can be read and coloured in without buying it.
• Every whole book is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. The App Store shows the price before you buy.
• Purchases are only possible behind the parental gate and use the Apple ID the iPad is signed in with.
• Bought books are yours for good and can be brought to every device with the same Apple ID with “Restore purchases”. Family Sharing is on.

Loading and storage

A book is loaded from the internet once and then works without a connection. In the grown-ups' area, loaded books can be deleted to free up space; coloured-in pictures are kept and come back when the book is loaded again.

Refunds

Apple handles purchase, payment and refunds. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions govern your rights as a consumer.
